This policy applies to all information collected or submitted in the Deck of Many Things app and via the contact page of the GUIDuck website. It does not apply to interactions with WordPress, Twitter or any other service, which are covered by those services’ privacy policies.
The app does not collect any personal information. It does collect anonymous, aggregate statistics, such as the percentage of users who use particular features, to provide direction for future improvements and to detect bugs and crashes.
Statistical data is used to target ares of the app for improvement. This anonymous, aggregated information may be shared with outside parties; for example we may share how many people use a certain feature or set of preferences.
If you initiate a correspondence from your email address, we will use it to correspond with you, but this information will not be sold or used for any form of marketing, internal or external to our business.
We may disclose statistical information or the the contents of email or other correspondences in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse; or to protect our rights and property.
In the future, we may sell to, buy, merge with, or partner with other businesses. In such transactions, collected information may be among the transferred assets.

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act in that we do not collect personal information.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
We do not collect personal information from anyone, including those under the age of 13.
General Data Protection Regulation
By corresponding with us and providing an email address or any form of information, you authorize us to store and use that information outside of the European Union.
International Transfers of Information
Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across locations, and may be applicable to data or correspondences depending on where they are processed, stored, or used.
